Important Local Shipping Notes:

Dispatch Days: Parcels are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Late Orders: Online orders made after 4:00 PM requesting next-day delivery will be eligible for delivery the next working day, or can be upgraded to same-day delivery with a top-up charge (please state in order notes).
Personalization: Personalized items require a 1-2 day lead time to dispatch. Same-day or next-day delivery for personalized items incurs a $10 surcharge per item and is strictly subject to confirmation from our team.

We ship internationally using DHL Express.

Important International Shipping Notes:

Dispatch Location & Taxes: All orders are dispatched from Singapore. Depending on your local country's regulations on importation, you may have to pay import taxes.
Dispatch Days: Parcels are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Personalization: Personalized items require an additional 1-2 day lead time before dispatch.
Customs: Delivery timings are subject to customs inspection, which may occasionally cause delays (although very rare) outside of our control.l
Tracking: All shipping confirmation emails include a tracking link to follow your parcel's progress via our courier partner.
