If the size or style isn't exactly what you need, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and hygiene labels fully intact. (Please note: Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange unless faulty).

How to Exchange in Singapore (Fastest Method): Skip the post office! Simply bring your unworn items to any of our local stores at Great World City, Tanglin Mall, or Paragon within 30 days. Our in-store styling team will gladly help you find the perfect size or design on the spot.

How to Exchange Internationally (Or via Post):

  1. Email us at Hello@WeAreSandbar.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

  2. Package the item securely in its original condition.

  3. Ship it back to our Singapore headquarters (our team will provide the exact address via email).

  4. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch your new product or issue your store credit.

Faulty Items: We rigorously inspect every piece of our premium recycled swimwear. However, if you receive a rare faulty item, please reach out to us within 14 days at Hello@WeAreSandbar.com or drop us a WhatsApp at +65 8951 2993 so we can coordinate a replacement piece for you immediately.

  • How will my items be packaged? Your items will be packaged inside our eco gift box and tissue paper. You will have the option at the cart page to add a gift card to your order. Please include your custom message and we will handwrite it inside the gift card for you.

  • Do Sandbar parcels include any pricing information? No. Rest assured, for your gifting pleasure, all orders placed through our online store will be free of invoices, price tags & packing slips. You (the purchaser) will receive the order and shipping confirmations to your email address and/or phone number only.

  • How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link where you can follow the delivery progress of your parcel online via our third-party courier partner.
