Our men's rash guard is the all-day fabric in the range. The same 100% REPREVE recycled polyester base as our signature swim, but woven ultra-light for breathability that holds up across a full day in the sun. The looser, lighter weave moves more air, dries faster, and sits cooler on the skin than standard rash guard fabric, which is the difference between something you take off at lunch and something you forget you're wearing. Same UPF50 protection, same chlorine and salt resistance, same recycled ocean-bound plastic at the source. Built for the dad doing the school holiday in Phuket, the surf trip in Bali, the long lunch in the sun.

Sustainability

Swimwear's dirty secret is that most of it is made from virgin plastic, and most of it eventually ends up in the sea. We started Sandbar to do the opposite. Every Sandbar piece is made from REPREVE recycled fibre, traceable to source through certified verification, and every order funds the removal of 1kg of ocean plastic through our Seven Clean Seas partnership. We're not pretending it solves the whole problem. We are saying it's a better starting point than the alternative.
